I'm looking for a specific flower. Can you get it for me?

Yes, we can. Our database of products currently has about 1200 varieties of roses, 145 varieties of spray roses and 800 types and varieties of summer flowers, from which we create a specific list of products for each customer according to their needs.

How can I get the flowers I need for a floral special season?

For each floral special season (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Weddings, Fall, Christmas, etc.) we supply both of our inventories in Miami and Ecuador with the types and varieties of flowers that are on demand, thanks to the standing orders we have with several suppliers.

How can I know that my flowers have a good quality?

We created a certification program for our suppliers, which allow us to guarantee the quality of our products as we make inspections in farms and cargo facilities on a regular basis.

How can I know that my flowers will meet my requirements?

Our customers don’t worry about getting a flower variety that doesn’t fulfill the expectations because they get a customized list of farms whose products suit to their needs. A specific flower variety can have slightly different versions in terms of bud size, for instance, considering its production on different farms and depending on the location of the farm and the respective altitude and weather conditions.

How long does it take to confirm my order?

We take 5 minutes at the most to check and confirm an order. Our procurement and sales departments are constantly trained to provide the best service.

What are your business hours?

Our customers can make prebooks or place orders 24/7 all year round thanks to our e-commerce in Miami. You can access our e-commerce thorugh a computer, tablet or smartphone. If you need additional support, please contact your sales representative.

How do you deliver my flowers?

Our customers can choose among 3 types of customized logisitcs of fresh cut flowers according to their specific needs:

1) From farms in Ecuador / Colombia to a Cargo company in Ecuador / Colombia
2) From farms in Ecuador / Colombia to a Ground / Air freight company in Miami, US
3) From farms in Ecuador to any residential / commercial building address in the US * **

Do you have the proper packaging for my flowers?

Our quality team implemented a precise flower-to-bunch ratio that must be followed by our suppliers as they pack our products using our own boxes, which are designed to optimize ground / air freight costs too.

How can I pay my bills?

We receive payments in the US as we have offices and bank accounts in Florida, and we don’t charge credit card / wire transfer fees to our customers. Same applies for payments in Ecuador.
